Starting the day in the best possible way with a super healthy smoothie. Plus I got to enjoy it on our balcony whilst James napped (in his cot, with minimal fuss ?)
Smoothie Ingredients:
Banana, mango, mixed berries, mixed leaves, avocado and a spoonful of oats with almond milk ?. I love a smoothie- they are super quick, easy and a fab way of getting a few portions of fruit and veg in first thing. (Plus they’re great for on the go if you need to get out the door.)
I find that if I start the day well, it makes me more determined to keep it up. One healthy choice triggers another ?
Workout of the day later is a cardio session which I’m going to attempt to do with James in his buggy. Podcast is downloaded and ready to go. Will be interesting to listen to myself as I run. I wonder how annoying I am?!!!
