⭐️8 WEEK ONLINE KICKSTART STARTING ON 1ST JUNE⭐️
I realise this is quite short notice.
I was intending to launch it later in the month to give myself a bit longer to get organised (and get people on board…pressure on now!)
BUT I then realised that 1st June is a MONDAY!
A new week AND a new month. That excites me!
Now, any fitness/ health professional worth their salt will tell you that putting off starting something until a new month/ new week/ new year is a recipe for disaster. Waiting to take action can cause you to have one last blowout (or several). Instead you should just get started NOW.
…I obviously agree with this in theory buuuuttttt there’s still nothing quite like the promise of a brand month/ week/ school term/ whatever to make you feel inspired. I love it. A fresh start, a clean sheet. Bring it on!
And in a time where motivation, positivity and general mental well being has been on a rollercoaster of epic proportions…I’ll take ANYTHING that lights a little fire in my belly.
…seeing as the 1st June is NEXT WEEK, it doesn’t leave you long to wait anyway. In fact, the lack of notice means a there’s no time for overthinking, doubting and talking yourself out of it. JUST DO IT!

THE NITTY GRITTY
Here’s everything you need to know so you can decide if you fancy trying it…
COST
At the moment, I know times aren’t easy so I’ve temporarily reduced the price of Kickstart by £50 AND you have the option to pay in 2 instalments if that helps (just chose the pay deposit option at checkout).
This means my normal Kickstart programme is just £99 (so £1.77 a day…cheaper than a cup of coffee ☕️☕️☕️)

WHAT DOES IT ACTUALLY INVOLVE?
⭐️When you sign up, I’ll set you up with your own private online area on my website – you can access this via smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer…take it with you wherever you go (probably not far at the moment)
⭐️Before you start, you’ll be on an induction where you can explore your area. There’s over 50 recipes to try, loads of articles and advice and your profile area where you can fill out measurements, weight, goals and upload a ‘before’ pic (if you want!)
⭐️Monday will be day 1 and when you log on, you’ll find 3 tasks to do: an article of the day to read, a workout to try and a food diary to fill out. These change every day – you just log in and it’s all there for you
⭐️The articles are designed to inspire, motivate and take the guesswork out of getting in shape. They focus on mental health as well as physical and are designed to help you feel good NOW…love your body and love yourself
⭐️Over the week there are 5 different workouts to try. You’ll never do the same workout twice. 2 bootcamps (videos to follow), 1 cardio session and 1 interval training (both podcasts to listen to – I give you instructions and support you every step of the way), 1 stretch and relax session (video). The workouts are suitable for ALL levels…you work at a pace and level that suits you and I always give easier/ harder options. Over the course of the 8 weeks they get gradually longer and harder…starting at 15 minutes and working up to 40 minutes. No equipment required 🙂
⭐️The food diaries are there to keep you accountable. Writing down what you eat and drink each day WORKS. It helps you see where extras are sneaking in and how healthy your meals are. If you want to upgrade to VIP, then you have the option of paying an extra £100 for the 8 weeks and I will give you feedback on your food diaries every single day (perfect if you need a bit of extra support)
⭐️Over the 8 weeks we track your progress….in week 1, week 5 and week 8 we do fitness tests (not scary I promise) and record weight, measurements, etc. It means I can help make sure you reach your goals.
⭐️Alongside your area, you’ll be part of a closed Facebook group. Everyone in the group is doing Kickstart at the same time. I will post daily to keep everyone on track and motivated. Plus, you’ll have the support of a group of like minded women. I love the virtual friendships that form (at the moment, especially that support network is priceless)
IS IT FOR YOU?
Now, I know that signing up to something is scary. Especially an 8 week programme. And if you’ve tried to get in shape before but not managed to stick to it, you’re probably even more nervous about trying something else.
So let me try and put your mind at ease:
1. This is not a quick fix diet. There’s no strict calorie counting or restricting food groups. It’s about sensible, common sense changes that you’ll be able to stick to. My mantra is progress not perfection. That said, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. You can achieve a LOT in 8 weeks if you try your best and show up every day
2. The workouts are suitable for EVERYONE. You just work at your own level. I’ve also designed it so you get a mixture of sessions – we work on your fitness as a whole. There’s no pressure to do them all but if you manage most, you will see your fitness levels leap up over the 8 weeks
3. If you’ve been struggling to stay healthy and exercise whilst in lockdown then this WILL get you back on track. The structure and routine will give you something positive to focus on and you’ll be ready to re-enter the world feeling good.
4. I’m with you the whole way. In fact, I’m going to do the programme alongside you. I know it works (I did it last year after having James) but equally I know how it feels when it gets tough or you need a bit of extra help. I will keep you going.
