Here’s a reminder of how the programme works and what you get:
1. When you sign up, you get your own private online area
This is where you access the programme every day. You can log in using smartphone, tablet ot laptop so it’s with you wherever you go.
2. To begin with you’ll be on an induction until you’re ready for the 8 weeks to start
Some like a few days (or longer) and some like to get going straight away – it’s completely up to you. I’ll give you a tour of the induction later but it basically takes you through how to get yourself prepared and organised…meal planning, joining the closed Facebook group, setting goals, taking measurements, etc.
3. As soon as you’re ready to go, you just let me know and day 1 will start the next day
4. Each day you have a workout to do, an article to read and a food diary to fill out:
?The workouts are a mixture of bootcamps, stretch and relax, cardio training and interval sessions. Some are videos to follow and some are podcasts…but they’re all designed to make it as simple as possible- you just have to follow my instructions. They gradually get harder and longer over the 8 weeks so your fitness levels progress.
?Each day there is a different article to read. These are designed to keep you motivated and teach you about what works and why – no more second guessing.
?The food diaries are there to keep you accountable for what you put in your mouth! Be 100% honest and write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink. It’s amazing how much it helps to see it all in black and white. No more kidding yourself. If you opt for the VIP option, I will also give you feedback every single day. This is perfect for you if you feel like you need a bit of extra support and guidance.
5. In your online area there are over 50 recipes and loads of articles with tips and advice for getting the most of the programme and ensuring you get the results you want.
6. You will track progress
During week 1, week 5 and week 8 you will have a go at a quick (non scary fitness test), take your measurements and weigh yourself. I’m on hand to support whenever you need me and I will make sure you’re happy with how things are going.
7. Throughout the programme and for as long as you want after, you’ll be part of my closed Facebook group
This is a group of fabulous women who have all been through the 8 week programme at some point. Everyone is super supportive and there is always someone on hand to advise or motivate.
