3rd December and your challenge today…
10 minutes…as many rounds as possible:
10 squats
10 press ups
10 sit ups
30 seconds of high knees
Repeat
Set the timer on your phone and go for it!
Focus on making each exercise as good as possible rather than going for speed.
See if you can squat down deep enough to touch your elbows to your knees.
Make your press ups as low as possible – if you struggle on your toes, do them in 3/4 or box position
With your sit ups, it is up to you if you do crunches or whole range sit ups – whichever you do, do them well!
