The count down is on!  Here is day 1 of your Christmas challenge if you chose to accept it:

There are 25 days to Christmas day. Celebrate with the 1st day of my Christmas challenge and get the following done:

25 star jumps

24 mountain climbers

23 high knees

22 side to side squats

21 bicycle obliques

20 toe touches

19 tricep dips

18 step ups (onto chair or high step)

17 squats

16 slow mountain climbers

15 press ups

14 walking lunges

13 reverse curls

12 plank and punch

11 burpees

10 side to side squats

9 sit ups

8 moving plank

7 squat pulses

6 plank knees

5 squat thrusts

4 back extensions

3 hand release press ups

2 bridges

1 minute plank hold

BOOM! Done!

Every day from now until Christmas, I’ll be setting a mini Christmas challenge. Some will be longer than others but they’re ALL designed to get you feeling fit and fabulous in the festive season. Give them a go and I promise you’ll get to the big day feeling good. (Then you have my permission to let your hair down over the holiday!!!)
