Make fitness fit into your life – because otherwise you just won’t do it! Exercise doesn’t need to be an hour long torture session at the gym if you don’t enjoy it. Instead, let’s work on adding more movement to your day. Think little and often.

I suggest you start with my wake up workouts because they’re only 3 minutes long. Anyone can find a spare 3 minutes! They’re designed to wake up your body and mind. If you start the day in the best possible way, the rest will follow.
There are also lots of articles full of tips and advice. I know sometimes the hardest part is getting started. Have a read and get inspired.
