What does it actually involve?
- Daily motivational emails for whole 2 weeks
- Access to a closed Facebook group. This is a safe space. There is no judgement, only support and understanding. You are not alone and if you chose to do the two weeks as part of the mini launches there will be plenty of support from everyone else doing it!
- As much support from me as you want for the 2 weeks (whether you do it as part of a launch or on your own)
- 3 mini exercise challenges to do throughout each day (wake up workout, afternoon energiser and evening stretch and relax)
- Daily recipes, tips and advice – take the guess work out of losing weight and getting fit
- A real focus on being positive and happy
