Homemade guacamole

Avocado is the key ingredient here, providing plenty of healthy fats which help protect your heart as well as giving your skin a glow.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe avocado (1 or 2 depending on how much you want to make)
  • Handful of baby tomatoes
  • Half or whole red chilli
  • Handful of coriander
  • Juice of one lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Just chop it all up, mix it together, add the lime juice and pinch of salt and pepper and it is ready to go!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and it should last for about 3 days.
