It’s Friday and it’s the 8th December!
Tomorrow I am going to be really lovely to you and give a rest day!
So get today done and then you can feel good for the weekend.
As it’s the 8th December, today is all about the number 8!
You have 8 minutes to do as many different exercises as possible. How many can you tick off?
8 burpees
8 press ups
8 sit ups
8 squats
8 star jumps
8 moving planks
8 slow bicycle obliques
8 step ups on each leg (onto step/ chair)
8 squat thrusts (like half a burpee – jump feet in an out but no jump up)
8 tricep dips
8 reverse curls (lie on back, legs in air and pull in abs to get bottom off the floor)
8 walking lunges
8 touch the floor and jump up
8 plank and punch (plank position but on hands not elbows, punch out to front)
8 plank taps (plank position, tap out with feet one at a time)
8 in out squats (stay down in squat position and jump feet in and out)
If you get to this point before 8 minutes is up (or if you want to do extra) then go back to the beginning 🙂
