Onto the 6th December!

Today your challenge, if you chose to accept it is to…..

RUN, JOG OR WALK 3KM (for beginners)

or 5KM (for non beginners!)

If you can already run 5km, then today see how quickly you can do it. Can you get a PB? 

If you’ve tried 5km before but had to walk/ jog, today see if you can jog the whole thing without stopping.

If 5km seems like a very big challenge, do 3km today and either try gently jogging the whole time or walk for 1 minute and then jog for 30 seconds. If you feel good, reduce the walking time and increased the jogging time.

If you don’t want to do it all at once, split it into chunks and do it 1km at a time. You can even do it over a couple of days if you need to. The only important thing is you do it!

Whatever works for you, just get it done!

p.s. Map my run or strava are free apps on a smartphone which will log your distance for you as well as time. Download one and try using it today – it’s a great way to see your progress over time. Then share the pic of your workout on the Facebook page! A Fitbit will also track steps and distance so use that if you need to.
