Hurray it’s the 5th December! 20 days and it’ll be Christmas day! 

So today, let’s go for it!!

We’ve got a mixture of cardio and bodyweight exercises today which means if you work hard, you’ll burn calories and work all your major muscle groups.

As always it is quick and over and done with in about 10 minutes.

Aaaand there are NO BURPEES today!!!

40 press ups

30 sit ups

20 squats

10 moving planks
