I was super nice to you yesterday so today, lets get you moving again. If you need a bit of a ‘pick me up’ this little workout will do the trick. It’ll get your endorphins flowing and leave you energised and ready to take on the last of the Christmas preparations.
Today 50 is the magic number (I really wanted it to be 22 but it just doesn’t work):
50 burpees
50 press ups
50 sit ups
50 squats
Before you panic and decide there is no way you can do 50 of anything in a row, you don’t have to! The idea is that you split it up and cross off a few at a time.
For example you could do it in groups of 10. 10 burpees, 10 press ups, 10 sit ups, 10 squats x5
Or you could split it in half and do 25 of each x2
Do it however you want, just get it done!
