If you can have a super healthy week, you will get to Christmas feeling good. Now is the time to look after yourself – fill up with fresh fruit and veg and move as much as possible. (Then you can have a few sloth like days over Christmas without feeling guilty.)
So on that note, today’s challenge (if you chose to accept it):
1 burpee
2 star jumps
3 squat thrusts
4 sit ups
5 squat jumps
6 press ups
7 touch the ground and jump up
8 slow mountain climbers
9 split lunges on each side
10 moving planks
11 back extensions
12 step ups (6 each leg)
13 tricep dips
14 walking lunges
15 reverse curls
16 mountain climbers
17 squats
18 toe touches
Let me know if you aren’t sure what any of the exercises are.
If you want to turn it into a longer session and really go for it, you can do it as a ‘build it up’ workout…where each time you go back to the start and work through, adding one more exercise on each time. Eg. 1 burpee, then 1 burpee, 2 star jumps, then 1 burpee, 2 star jumps, 3 squat thrusts, etc.
