To celebrate, I want you to work as hard as possible in this mini session. See how sweaty you can get.
Today is all about getting your heart rate up with lots of fast cardio moves. Counting how many you do in each round will give you something to aim for each time. See if you can beat it.
There will be a rest day tomorrow so give it your all today 🙂
Today’s challenge:
15 seconds on each exercise with 15 seconds rest in between x 3 on each before moving on to the next:
Burpees, rest, burpees, rest, burpees, rest
High knees, rest, high knees, rest, high knees, rest
Mountain climbers, rest, mountain climbers, rest, mountain climbers,
Rest for 1 minute
Star jumps, rest, star jumps, rest, star jumps, rest
Squat thrusts, rest, squat thrusts, rest, squat thrusts, rest
Squat jumps, rest, squat jumps, rest, squat jumps, rest
Done and dusted in exactly 10 minutes if you stick to timings!Â
