Let’s keep it simple today…all I want you to do is walk, jog or run for 14 minutes.
You can make it up in parts – eg. by parking further away from work or the shops and walking in, taking stairs instead of lift, walking to work instead of driving, etc – or you can do it all in one go. Just get it done!
I’ve been super nice today…mainly because I completely forgot to set it yesterday! Oops!
Tomorrow will be back to business as usual…already got that one planned and it’s a good ‘un!
