And onto today’s challenge:
12 press ups
12 tricep dips
12 moving planks
12 squats
12 alternate lunges
12 step ups
12 sit ups
12 reverse curls
12 plank taps (in plank position, tap one foot out to side and repeat)
One round is good but if you are feeling strong, keep going!
See how many rounds you can do in a certain amount of time (maybe 15 mins) or go for 2 or 3. Just make sure you push yourself a little. After all, Christmas is NEARLY HERE!!!
